Jamie Nuwer

As a third year player and co-captain, Jamie has come into her own this year. All those countless hours of practicing her throws have given her the lowest forehand break in the game and pinpoint hucks (especially to her favorite receiver, Jenny "J-Bo" Burney). While she may forget the force after she's just called it on the line, she'll make up for it by getting a footblock when you least expect it. Despite MCATs and med school interviews, she has made ultimate a priority and she's part of the core of Superfly's offense. Plus she looks like Jodi Foster, which helps. Jamie will be playing with Bay Area club team, Heroine, in the off-season.
