Caitlin Phillips

Sweet as sugar, Caitlin might surprise you when she lays out. But don't be fooled by her innocent look and don't think it's a fluke-she's willing to hit the ground on offense or defense as many times as necessary. Even against much more experienced players, Caitlin has an uncanny way of getting open with her perfectly timed continue-cuts and her understanding of the right angles to utilize. On defense you'll often find her as a mid in the cup cutting off any look to the poppers, using her mark to shut down the weak side of the field, or reading the disc to get under any huck first. She also is a model teammate who has completely dedicated herself to Superfly. Working hard at improving her throwing skills and knowledge of the game, Caitlin always makes the right choices with the disc and won't hesitate to hit the dump or the dish or the open player. A joy to be around, Caitlin supports her fellow Flies with a kind word or smile and is one of the cutest freshmen you'll ever see. I hear she's still single, too...
