We're still thanking the Ultimate gods for sending us Shwu. Joining us after four years playing at Brown, she's really good, no really. She's comfortable stepping up to lead the team and has quickly adjusted to West Coast Ultimate. With near perfect execution, the team has come to rely on her to break even the toughest mark, and everyone fights over who can run deep for her big hucks. You might not guess it when you first see her, but Shwu can get up. She catches all our swill and can often be seen skying girls several inches taller than she is. And don't think you can take advantage of her stature when she's on the mark. She's more than happy to layout for handblocks. Then again, she'll also layout for sick D's as a wing in the zone and stay in her girl's shorts on man D. Watch out for her to be a key player on both sides of the disc this season.
